Our MBC self-designed and developed food processing fryers can be customized and produced according to product characteristics. There are large, medium and small fryers, semi-automatic fryers and fully automatic multi-functional fryers. There are two design processes: pure oil technology and oil-water separation technology. Different designs meet the process requirements of different products. MBC fryers have strong production capacity, stable performance, advanced mechanical configuration and control system, and always maintain good working conditions. MBC FRYERS APPLICATIONS:

Applicable to fast food restaurants, canteens, chain stores, supermarkets; medium and small fried food processing companies, widely used in frying processing of meat, aquatic products, vegetables, pasta and other foods.

factory large assembly lines, small manual flip assembly lines, automatic flip fryers, and ordinary fryers.

Large assembly lines need to be customized according to customer requirements, and the others are fixed 

models.

The fully automatic Continuous scraping the slag Fried line is my company patent specifically for hang pulp products , it is the new energy-saving deep fry equipment, by scraping the slag machine , can take out of the sink in the bottom of the oil sludge scraping. After coarse filtration , they will be ruled out, avoids of wasting oil, truly achieve the filtering while frying process.This product have the  large output production capacity, stable performance, widely used in large food processing enterprise.

Large assembly production line needs to be planned, designed and laid out according to the customer's site, output, production process and other requirements; as well as the front-end pre-processing equipment and back-end auxiliary equipment, a series of planning. Large assembly line is generally between 3-10 meters long, the mesh belt width is generally 600mm or 800mm; usually PLC fully automatic control.
